What are dental implants?

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that holds a prosthetic tooth in place. It is surgically placed by our certified Maple Grove dentist inside the jawbone to hold the new tooth just like an existing tooth. The look and feel of the tooth is similar to normal teeth to provide a good look and natural feel.
