Reflections Dental Care is pleased to introduce Dr. Gatecha, an experienced dental provider. Originally from India, Dr. Gatecha earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the renowned Government Dental College & Hospital in Ahmedabad. He practiced dentistry in India for five years before relocating to North America, where he is now licensed in Minnesota.
Dr. Gatecha specializes in general and esthetic dentistry and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. He holds a post-graduate certificate in esthetic dentistry from the University of Minnesota, along with certifications in dental implants and orthodontics. His passion for continuing education ensures he stays updated with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Artem Nikulin
Reflections Dental Care wants to formally introduce you to our new dental provider, Dr. Artem Nikulin, DDS. Dr. Nikulin is originally from Ukraine, where he began his dental career before continuing his education in the United States and earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Nikulin is passionate about providing patient-centered care with a calm, compassionate approach. Dr. Nikulin enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in surgical procedures as well as restorative and preventive care. He values clear communication and works to ensure every patient feels comfortable and well-informed during their visit. Outside the office, he loves spending time with his family , exploring nature, and staying active outdoors.
Dr. Paola Fermín
Reflections Dental Care is excited to introduce our new dental provider, Dr. Paola Fermín, DDS. Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Fermín earned her dental degree at Universidad de Carabobo and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota.
She specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care. Dr. Fermín is passionate about educating her patients and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their needs and goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, and exploring new cuisines with family and friends. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team and look forward to everyone meeting her soon!
